In using the services of this website owned by Strix Editions services you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions of which the user is deemed to be aware. We reserve the right to make alterations to these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Up to date terms and conditions will always be available at www.strixeditions.co.uk.
Nothing in this agreement will affect any statutory rights of the user.
The placing of an order online, or via email indicates acceptance of our prices. Full payment is required to be made prior to the despatch of orders unless otherwise agreed. All sizes quoted in product descriptions are nominal and Strix Editions accepts no liability for minor variations in size.
All titles shown on the site, whether in the form of prints or original paintings, are sold without copyright which remains with the site owner or applicable artist
Delivery and Collection
With the exception of special orders we aim to despatch your order within one business day. Orders may be collected from us by appointment. Delivery of orders whether within the United Kingdom or overseas is made via Royal Mail “Tracked and Signed for Services” and customers will be notified by email of the Tracking Reference pertaining to their consignment
Any applicable Customs Duties, Import Charges or associated costs or expenses levied on non-UK orders are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event that the carrier is unable to make delivery any costs for a re-arranged delivery are the responsibility of the customer
Returns / Damage in Transit
We use only premium quality materials in packaging orders. However in the unlikely event that your order is damaged in any way upon receipt, we request that you contact us as soon as possible after delivery in order that we may take the matter up with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for any damage unless notified within 24 hours of delivery which must be supported by photographic evidence and we reserve the right to request the return of the damaged goods prior to the processing of either a refund of payment made or the issuance of replacement goods.
